Our Values
Lindenwood is more than a list of doctrines and statements of faith. We are defined by what our community of faith values. Our values are aspirational and what we hold one another accountable to. Our values are experienced together, not simply words on a page.

Radical Welcome is our unwavering commitment to embrace all people. Every Sunday, you will worship with people who are young and old, black and white, gay and straight, rich and poor. We believe this pleases God and inspires people.

Our understanding of God is incomplete. We seek to be constantly growing in knowledge and wisdom. We do not have all the answers, approaching faith with a teachable spirit and an open heart.

We are all broken and in need of God's healing and restoration. We acknowledge the reality of pain and brokenness in our city but maintain a hopeful perspective that God is at work, bringing transformation and beauty.

We celebrate the life of Jesus Christ. People have used the name of God to justify oppression, bigotry, and division. Nothing in the life of Jesus can justify such actions, so we long for his life to come alive in our lives.
