Small groups are a vital part to a sustainable life in faith. In addition to worship, we hope you find a small group where you belong. Feel free to contact the church office for specific contact information.

Open Small Groups 

Sunday Morning Bible Studies:  

Friendship Class  

Who: Retired Adults 

What: Bible Study and Fellowship 

Where: Friendship Classroom 

When: Sundays at 9:45am

Sunday Bible Study 

Who: Adults wanting to connect and discuss God’s work in our lives 

What: Study one book of the Bible at the time, discuss how the Word applies to our lives. No prep. Come as you are.

Who: Adults seeking to reflect on worship and be rooted in prayer 

What: Sunday school discussion group. Topics vary.

Small Groups During the Month: 

#adulting 

Who: Anyone in the “adultish” age range of 18-25ish. 

What: A group for those figuring out adulthood while maintaining a connection to their faith

TSPOCK: Trans- and Same-gender Parents of Cherished Kids 

Who: Gay, lesbian, and transgender parents, whether partnered or single 

What: We are a support system group that seeks to create a space so that our children (and parents) know they’re not alone on this journey. We seek to be a presence for positive change within the church and our community. Childcare is provided, the cost of which will be split by those

When: Monthly on the 2nd Saturday

Women of Worship 2: 

Who: Women who have been meeting since group started 17 years ago along with women who started last week.  

What: Share in a little potluck, beverage, and Bible based study.

Y’ALL (Young Adult Lay Leaders) 

Who: All young-ish adults (25-45ish)  

What: The group exists to strengthen the bond and foster engagement among young-ish adults affiliated with Lindenwood. We engage in recreational activities, community outreach activities, and find other ways to support and encourage each other as we serve as lay leaders in various Lindenwood ministries.
